Yes! All our games are free to download and play. While they contain optional in-app purchases for premium content and features, you can enjoy the full gaming experience without spending any money.

In-app purchases allow you to buy virtual items, currency, or premium features to enhance your gaming experience. These are completely optional and you can disable them in your device settings if needed.

We recommend starting with Soccer Star Ultimate, our newest title with advanced online features and team play. However, each game offers a unique experience:

• Super Football - Great for card collection and career progression
• Top Leagues - Perfect for competitive league play
• Hero - Ideal for level-based challenges

First, try these basic troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the game installed
2. Restart your device
3. Check your internet connection
4. Clear the game's cache (in device settings)

To restore your purchases:

• iOS: Go to Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases
• Android: Your purchases are automatically restored when you log in with the same Google account

Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account that you used to make the original purchase.

Try the following solutions:

1. Close all other apps running in the background
2. Free up storage space on your device (at least 1GB recommended)
3. Update your device's operating system
4. Reinstall the game (your progress will be saved if connected to cloud)

If crashes continue, please report the issue on our Discord with your device model and OS version.

Yes! Your progress is automatically saved to the cloud when you connect your game to:

• iOS: Game Center
• Android: Google Play Games

Simply log in with the same account on your new device and your progress will be synced automatically.

If your progress was connected to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), you can recover it by logging in with the same account. If it wasn't connected, unfortunately we cannot restore local progress that was deleted. We strongly recommend connecting your game to cloud services to prevent data loss.

You can request account deletion by:

1. Going to Settings within the game
2. Selecting "Privacy & Data"
3. Choosing "Delete My Account"

Alternatively, you can contact us through Discord and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Yes, you can play on multiple devices, but not simultaneously. Your progress will sync across devices when connected to cloud services. Playing on multiple devices at the exact same time may cause sync conflicts.
